Taiwanese mobile manufacturer HTC has launched a revamped HTC One, HTC hopes it will set itself apart from the crowded smartphone market, currently lead by Samsung's Galaxy and Apple's iPhone.
The revamped HTC One has 4.7 inch display and aluminium body, and powered by andriod jelly bean and comes with a so called ultrapixel camera. HTC One would be available in the stores from March 2013 and would be priced to match the Apple's iPhone and Samsung's Galaxy series.
Smartphone market is crowded with iPhone, Galaxy, BlackBerry, Sony, etc. With the launch of HTC One, what could we expect from the this new mobile.
1. The Looks, its where HTC One scores the maximum points, with the sleek and crafted aluminium body looks stunning and would be available in Silver and Black.
2. HTC One will run on Andriod 4.1.2 JellyBean, but the distinguishing feature is its Home Screen - "BlinkFeed" - will have a personalised display screen which would be updated automatically with information and multi-medias from social networks and news sites. This looks like a radical move to make HTC One Multi-Media friendly.
3. HTC One is packed with a 2.1 MP front and 4 UltraPixel back camera, is it 4MP, than it doesn't sound impressive. But company says that HTC's customised UltraPixel camera can gather 300% more light per pixel than other current available smartphones and its output quality would be exceptional higher than the 8MP or 13MP sensors.
Its front camera can capture videos at 1080p and can take wide-angle pictures too.
4. HTC One has two front facing speakers at the top and bottom, features HTC Boom Sound, gives a stereo fealing during multimedia palyback.
5. HTC One will be available in stores in 185 countries beginning of March and would be priced very competitively to match Apple's iPhone and Samsung's Galaxy smartphones.
6. Something new or rather mocking others was its marketing of the product which is similar to Apple's way of creating buzz and giving out new technology jargon's, examples - Ultrapixel, BlinkFeed, etc
